I’m a Leadership Coach, Workforce Consultant, and Master Trainer. With over 30 years of experience, I come alongside leaders and organizations to build individual and team capacity. I coach you to maximize your strengths in your personal and professional roles to evoke transformation.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran with civilian federal and state work experience, my background includes implementing workforce development initiatives and integrating LEAN strategies for improved organizational outcomes. I’m certified as a Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer through the University of Pennsylvania’s US Army Recruiting Command. My educational degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Leadership and a Master of Human Resource Development.
