This 1-day professional development experience introduces employees to strengths-based development. Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® assessment is a powerful tool to help your team explore their strengths and partner those strengths to foster cohesiveness across teams. This training lays the foundation for more advanced leadership opportunities. It targets rising leaders, managers, and senior leaders who want to sharpen and expand their personal and professional skills. A strengths-based development strategy begins with a focus on what people do well. It then builds on those strengths to foster increased self-awareness, resilience, and help individuals become more productive. Includes a CliftonStrengths® Top 5 Report for each participant.
Building Teams with Purpose and Passion
This 1-day follow-up training experience* emphasizes the impact of leader strengths on long-term team and organizational effectiveness. The training focuses on using strengths in the workplace to support engagement, innovation, and productivity. The content encourages leaders to identify opportunities to build individual and team strengths. This training also assists leaders to critically think through strategies for effectively engaging employees using a strengths-based approach.
